Annual 60-Minute Electrical Safety Visit — Valued at $250*
Our certified electricians complete a thorough, safety-focused inspection designed to catch issues early and keep your home protected.
Your Annual Safety Visit Includes:
- Safe removal of your electrical panel cover to inspect breakers and terminations up close
- 15% discount on parts and labour for repairs approved during the visit
- Infrared thermal scan of the main panel to detect hidden hot spots
- Tightening of accessible connections (where safe) to help prevent failures
- Verification and updates to your panel directory (range, dryer, A/C, etc.)
- Testing of GFCI receptacles (kitchen, bathroom, exterior) and AFCI breakers
- Inspection of smoke and CO alarms for proper operation and expiry dates
- Confirmation of grounding and bonding to ensure safe fault paths and protection from shocks and surges
- Complimentary replacement of out-of-reach or forgotten light bulbs (just supply the bulbs and let us know in advance)

ElectricMan Power Plan™ — Membership Terms
The ElectricMan Power Plan is a 12-month membership with non-refundable fees billed monthly. The membership renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless either party provides notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Memberships are tied to the enrolled homeowner and are not transferable to third parties (transfer is limited to the same homeowner only)
An ElectricMan representative will contact you to schedule your annual service within 12 months of your sign-up date. Routine services are performed between December and August.
