Annual 60-Minute Electrical Safety Visit* — Valued at $250
- Safely remove your panel cover to assess breakers and terminations safely and up close.
- 15% discount on parts and labor for repairs approved during the Safety Visit.
- Infrared thermal scan of the main panel to identify hidden hot spots early.
- Tighten accessible connections where safe to help prevent failures.
- Verify and update the panel directory for common circuits (e.g., range, dryer, A/C).
- Test GFCI receptacles (kitchen, bathroom, garage) and AFCI breakers to confirm proper trip/reset.
- Check smoke and CO alarms for operation and expiry dates.
- Confirm grounding and bonding so the electrical system has a safe fault path and all metal parts are properly tied together so you are protected from shocks and surges.
- Out-of-reach or overlooked light bulbs? Tell us in advance, supply the bulbs, and our team will handle the replacement during your visit.

*ElectricMan Power Plan – Membership Terms: The ElectricMan Power Plan is a 12-month membership with non-refundable fees billed monthly. The membership renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless either party provides notice at least 30 days before the annual renewal date. Memberships are tied to the enrolled homeowner and are not transferable to third parties (transfer is limited to the same homeowner only). An ElectricMan representative will contact you to schedule your annual service within 12 months of your sign-up date. Routine services are performed between December and August.
