ElectricMan Power Plan – Terms & Conditions
1) Membership Agreement & Billing
- The ElectricMan Power Plan is an ongoing (auto-renewing) membership designed to save you time and hassle.
- Fees are billed automatically on the first business day of each month.
- An initial 12-month minimum term applies to all new memberships.
2) Membership Changes & Transfers
- If you move, you may transfer your membership to your new residence, so you keep your maintenance schedule and coverages.
- Memberships and their benefits are exclusive to the enrolled member and cannot be transferred to another person.
3) Annual Maintenance Eligibility
- Our Customer Service team will contact you each year when your maintenance becomes eligible.
- Annual maintenance is performed between December and August on a pre-planned schedule to ensure all members are serviced.
- Membership maintenance is not available immediately upon enrollment. If you require service before your eligibility window, members may book maintenance at a discounted rate.
4) Membership Cancellations
We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel one or more memberships, please call (403) 978-0046 and our Membership Team will assist.
Members may cancel at the discretion provided:
- (a) The initial 12-month term has been completed; and
- (b) If the annual “Thank-You” maintenance has already been received for the current membership year, the member agrees to complete the remainder of that year before cancellation takes effect.
